Happy New Year! I do love this time of year, because it feels like a new, fresh start in lots of things.
There are some new things I have going on in my doula business for this year.
I have been intrigued by the hypnobabies courses ever since I have had some clients who took that classes to use that during their birth. I saw a confidence in them going into the birth that intrigued me. Because of what I saw in those women, I wanted to be able to more fully support those who chose that method to use during childbirth. I am currently in the process of becoming a hypnodoula through hypnobabies. I am very excited on this opportunity to really support those who chose this method. And I have learned a lot! I will keep you posted as to when this becomes official.
I am also going to blog more. Keep your eyes open for fun posts, informative, and also some personal posts.
